Roxas is becoming his Twilight Town self, minus all the weird crap; it's as if he actually had that life, with a mother and a father, and he's never been a Nobody. All those weird plot holes that are waved away are filled. He hasn't had weird dreams. Nothing weird has happened. He's just a normal boy living a normal life.
Sam is becoming the slightly future version of himself from Dean's vision in "What is and What Should Never Be." What this means is that he's a lawyer at his age, married to Jess, and living a happy, normal life. He doesn't like Dean very much because Dean's stolen crap from him, fucked his prom date, and probably tried doing the same with Jess once. Because that's how Dean rolls. His father died from a stroke and his mom lives alone, and Sam actually has a healthy, good relationship with her. Hunting still goes on in his world, but he doesn't know about it. It means his mom was probably a hunter, but through good will or luck or something, Azazel never came to collect and thus, the Apocalypse didn't start on its path to being started.
Asch is from the high-school AU where Luke is a bit behind him and his twin brother. Asch doesn't like Luke very much, because Luke wins popularity contests despite being a bit of an idiot. Asch makes perfect grades and so forth, but he's shit with people and has amazingly poor common sense for someone who probably doesn't need to study to succeed. He intends to go into international relations with political science, and is currently applying to good universities across the country.
Kiden and Simon are both sitting this out, as they're too new.
